Yes, Customer can cancel their order before dispatch. But once it dispatch from our warehouse then it can be only refunded or exchanged, If problem occurs in product.

Delivery

• We take normally 9-14 days to deliver your order from order date.
• If tailoring required then it will take 2-3 days extra.
• We share open pictures with customers on whatsapp before dispatching or tailoring, In any case they are not satisfied. Money will be refunded.

• Delivery Charges

• For U.K. : Standard Delivery 12-17 days: Flat £3.5 for each product.
                      Express Delivery 7-10 days: Flat £5 for each product. 
• For European Countries :  Flat £7 (8.5 Euro approx) for each product.
• For Kenya :  Flat £3.5 (KES 620 approx) for each product.
• For Australia/ New Zealand/ Singapore/ Hong Kong :  Flat USD 4.30 approx (£3.5) for each product.
• For Malaysia :  Flat USD 2.50 approx (£2) for each product.

• USA/ Canada: Flat USD 15.00 approx (£12) for each product.

Yes, Your order can be exchanged. Its only possible in two cases, if your order is still pending to dispatch or it delivered but you are unhappy. Please keep in mind customized stitched dresses would not be exchanged but it can be refunded if there is issue in tailoring from our side.

Please note that items bought in sale are not eligible for a return OR exchange.

Yes, We happily accept refund and return request. We accept refund and return request in U.K., U.S.A, Australia, Kenya, Canada and most of the European Countries.

Just send us email on “support@ccapde.com” or “Whatsapp” us (as customer executive will connect with you on whatsapp before your order dispatching). We will process your refund / Return. We will arrange pickup from your given address and once we receive the product in same condition (How it was delivered to you and recorded in parcel opening video), Your amount will be refunded.
